This property is outstanding. Clean, modern and extremely convenient. The landlords are very courtious and the house comes with lots of extras (coolers, beach toys, swimming pool, etc). The two kitchens make it great for a larger family since it provides a second refrigerator. An overall great experience

Today was a FABULOUS day! The sunset could not have been any better for our wedding on the beach. The Love Shack on Ft. Myers Beach will hold a very special NEW memory.

The Sun Palace is an awesome vacation place! It held all 14 of us, age 5 – 70 comfortably with no crowding. The pool was the best for all of us. Your house is well equipped for all our needs. We appreciate how the owner is thoughtful in providing the extras – tissues, soap, etc. making life easier.

We have vacationed for the past 20 years in the Keys or Panama City. It is hard to find a gem like this Sun Palace. We rented bikes and peddled to shop, fish and get ice cream. The boys fished and caught cat fish, stingrays and mystery fish. The girls enjoyed the sun and making margaritas. Hope to be back in 2008. This is the life.

We very much enjoyed our week stay here in the spacious and airy Sun Villa. Great food in town & live music at the local clubs. Sand sculpting competition a short walk down the beach was something to see. Have stayed in condos in past years, first time vacationing in a house. Loved the privacy & homines and would definately do it again.

One of the best vacations we have had. Been to many places but really enjoyed your home. Everything we wanted and more!

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation at Sun Castle. You have a very nice home and your attention and care were appreciated.

We had a lovely time at Sun Villa. Your home is lovely. Having a TV in each bedroom is a wonderful “perK”. At night it was nice because we could all go to our rooms and relax before retiring. Again, thank you for all of your hospitality. We truly had a great vacation!

Our family had a fantastic time at Sunny Side Up, all 3 generations of us (6 to 65)! We loved having our own swimming pool which we used every day. This cottage was wonderfully furnished – loved the TV’s in every room. It was very hard to leave this morning. Hope all the snow is gone when we get back to Wisconsin!

Our family had a wonderful “Labor Day Holiday” in your very comfortable Sunny Side Up. We loved the comfort and the sunny rooms. You certainly provided us with everything we could want. We also loved your swimming pool, the floating toys and the bar-b-que – It was just great!

I just wanted to give you some feedback from my family vacation. The house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space and sufficiently outfitted. The location was outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sunset views every night were breathtaking. We never missed it. The beach was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. 7 days of sun with about 1 hour of rain……a perfect week. On behalf of my entire family I would like to thank you for this vacation, the spot was the best Christmas present we have ever given each other!!!!!!
We are thinking about doing it again next year. So hopefully you will be hearing from me soon.

We enjoyed our time in sunny Fort Myers Beach. We rented 3 houses Sunny Side Up, Beach Retreat South and North Pool Side. All the houses were great!! Every house was just as we saw on the web site. Thank You Ron for coming over to meet us what a great personal touch.We plan on returning to Fort Myers Beach and will use Sun Palace again.

To everyone at Sun Palace vacation THANK YOU very much. We had a wonderful time last year. Even though we live in Ft Myers, the house at the beach was fantastic we felt we were home. The children were entertainted at the pool and all the grown ups enjoyed seen them having a blast. We definetely recommend the house, very clean and confortable and an outstanding location. I’d just like to say that we had a great time at the Seagull Duplex. We’ve been coming down with RoyHobbs Baseball for years and have always enjoy our stay at the SunPalace Vacation rental properties. We especially appreciate that Judith was able to help us out this year when another beach house that we had rented for a different week double booked. I’d like to note that we all noticed the updates that you have made to the property, and that they made our stay even more enjoyable. (many of us hated to leave) Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. I know we will be staying with you again in the years to come. Our vacation at the Heron Duplex was wonderful. The accomodations were everything we expected and the service from your maintance staff was exceptional. Had a problem with the pool pump and you took care of it as soon as we informed you. Our family loved our week stay and hope to come back next year. Both daughter in laws would like to add to our family so we are unable to book at this time. Can’t wait until we can sit on the deck and watch the sun sets. Judith and Ron you were both great thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

We stayed at Mermaid’s Lagoon recently. It was great. The home was nicely laid out, with comfortable accomodations. I’d point out the spiral staircase as a potential issue for families with small children. Otherwise, the home was great. The heated pool worked nicely with the cooler than normal temps.

we would like to thanks Ron and judith for their help and kindness : after a very great week at the sea breeze, they found us a new rental at the beach as our flight was delayed for 5 days .the spots of the house are wonderful with a very nice beach especially for a family with young kids.
we had really great time with sun place rentals.
